Team structure

Arnica Montana was founded in 2025 by global creative director Alex Aráez, who has led work for Nike, Miro, WeTransfer, Tommy Hilfiger and HUGO BOSS, and collaborated with agencies such as AKQA, R/GA, Anomaly and Scholz & Friends. He also played a central role in the rise of Loop Earplugs, guiding the brand from startup to category leader and contributing to revenue growth from €12m to €126.5m during his time as global creative director.

Our structure is lean by design. Alex is the direct point of contact for every client, ensuring the highest level of expertise without layers of account management. Depending on the scale and complexity of a project, we build modular teams with trusted specialists tailored to each brief. This model combines the experience of a top-tier agency with the efficiency and focus of a dedicated partner.
