Every project with Arnica Montana starts with strategy. We look at your business model, your audience, your market and your current brand. From there we define the strategic foundation: positioning, tone of voice and creative direction. This ensures every design decision is rooted in business objectives, not trends or guesswork.

Once the strategy is in place, we can develop the brand identity and prepare all the assets needed to launch or relaunch in the market. Many of our clients choose to stay with us for ongoing brand development, from websites and packaging to campaigns and training for their teams. But the starting point is always strategy.
